Late Night RDMers Empty Late Night RDMers

So I've been playing for a couple of nights late on the server and there are way too many RDMers. I try to demote them but they just pick one of the other jobs with default weapons like mafia leaders etc.. (Which is why honestly those jobs should be voted for too) Anyways I would like to ask that we get some late shift admins and please ban the following players (I have video proof of their hardcore rdm if you need it)
